The location was convenient. The hotel is near the vaporetto stop. Access to water taxis was immediate. The breakfast buffet was a good start to the day. It included a variety of quality food and attentive staff.
The air conditioning in my room did not work effectively. The thermostat was difficult to adjust. I experienced issues with internet service. The signal seemed weak because of too many guests using it. The sister hotel next door also interfered with the signal.

The hotel can be easily reached from the Airport by taking the waterbus 'Alilaguna'. Purchase tickets at the Arrival Lounge and choose between the Orange Line or Blue Line to either the Rialto stop or Fondamenta Nove stop, which is within walking distance.
